The IDA is a private, non-profit corporation. Therefore, none of our meetings have to be held in public, and no information you give us must be made available to the public.

If you choose to disclose your identity to a member of the staff, he or she will keep it confidential unless you instruct otherwise. Likewise, we will keep confidential any information you share that could be used to identify you or your project unless you tell us otherwise. We will sign non-disclosure agreements that you provide.
