Labor Quality

The Industrial Development Authority regularly contacts local plant managers to provide assistance and to help solve any problems that may exist. In addition, every two years we organize and train teams of volunteers to help us make personal calls on industries throughout the county and formally interview managers and owners about operating conditions, opportunities and needs. In our 2004 round of interviews, we collected and compiled information on industry experiences in the following three categories pertaining to labor quality.
